Village Care & Nanny Agency is a local referral service connecting caregivers with families seeking part-time childcare, long-term nanny support, travel nanny opportunities, and infant night placements.

Although we are a referral agency and do not employ caregivers, we are committed to supporting your professional growth. We provide guidance and resources on creating service agreements that protect you, communicating clearly with families, preparing for interviews, and navigating conflict or misunderstandings within such a personal work environment.
Roles We Place

After-school and flexible care positions
Typical pay: $18–28 per hour -
20+ hours per week with consistent scheduling
Typical pay: $25–35 per hour -
Overnight infant care
Typical pay: $28– $40 per hour -
Placements with families who are looking to bring an extra set of hands on their adventures!
Typical Pay: $25-$45 per hour
Compensation may be structured per day, rather than hourly.
Pay rates are agreed upon directly between you and the family based on experience and responsibilities.

All caregivers must complete application review, interview, reference verification, CPR certification, and background screening prior to approval into our active placement database.

Village Care & Nanny Agency is a referral and placement service.
We are not the employers of caregivers. Once placed, you are hired directly by the family and manage scheduling and payment arrangements independently.
There are no fees to join the agency, aside from the required background screening fee when applicable. We do not take any percentage of your earnings.
