Verify Your Eligibility
Ensure you are enrolled in Medi-Cal (fee-for-service) or a Managed Care Plan (MCP) such as Partnership Health Plan of California. If you have fee-for-service (aka straight medi cal) you will only have a BIC (Benefits Identification Card). If you have a MCP you will have an additional card from your MCP. The Village Doula Collective currently only accepts straight Medi Cal (fee-for-service) or PHP but we are working on contracting with additional MCP providers and private insurance providers.
