The Village Doula Collective, LLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally competent, and evidence-based birth and postpartum support to families of all backgrounds. We believe in empowering birthing people with knowledge, advocacy, and holistic care while also strengthening the birth workforce through high-quality doula education and collective support.
Our mission is to ensure that every family—especially those from marginalized communities—has access to respectful, informed, and affirming care, and that doulas are trained, supported, and connected in ways that allow them to thrive in this work. Through direct services, education, and collaboration with community and maternal health partners, we foster a village of care where families and doulas alike feel nurtured, educated, and confident.
